The video shoot began at Birdstone Farm in Cross River, New York, one of hundreds of barns throughout lower New York and Connecticut that we collect from.

Stalls are cleaned directly into wheel barrows or baskets and then deposited in our harvest bins.

Soiled horse bedding is the primary ingredient that begins the process.

One of our trucks is filmed collecting a full bin of this resource.

From Birdstone farm the crew moved on to the Salem Organic Soils site in Upstate New York, where SWEET PEET is made.

The video crew ascends to the top of "Mt. Manure" and sets up for panoramic views of the site and surrounding countryside.

The truck arrives and prepares to unload its precious cargo at the base of a newly forming pile.

One of the shows' producers conferring with co-owner Shawn Goff about a scene they would like to capture.

Getting it on tape. The MSL crew captured each step in the making of SWEET PEET.

Newly offloaded material is inoculated with dense populations of beneficial microbes to jump start the vital biological process.

Inoculated materials are formed into piles as prescribed in accordance with our U.S. Gov't patent.

Co-owner Brent Lamour explains to the crew how naturally occurring tannins are extracted and used for the rich dark coloration of SWEET PEET.

Final batches are separated, shredded and screened, then piled to achieve optimum temperature for weed and weed seed kill-off resulting in the "Best Mulch on Earth." ™
